"I have had left hip and lower back pain for some time. My hip pain was fairly severe and caused me to limp. I even thought I would have to have surgery on my back. In fact, I had planned on scheduling surgery after I had completed rebuilding my deck this summer because I knew it was going to make my back worse. I like to work out regularly at the gym and I used to have to limp around.
